Return window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible products
Unused items in their original packaging with tags intact. Please retain the pouch and box for a smooth return.
Non-returnable products
Customised or engraved pieces, and items marked 'Final Sale' at checkout, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange process
Request an exchange from your order in My Account, or contact support with your order number. We'll arrange a pickup and ship the replacement once the original item is received.
Refund process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
